I have been working with Mercer for a month through a condo rental. They are a pleasure: maintaining good communication and following up with any maintenance/appts/questions. I deal mostly with Kellie, who is wonderful. Their maintenance tech Hugo is also a great guy.

Mercer Properties has been very responsive to our requests for fixing a number of small repairs. Bobby. your handyman, is communicative, nice and speedy. That is very much appreciated and is completed electronically. We would have appreciated information regarding the refuse details and schedule, water restrictions (if any), how to care for marble and a mutual tour of the home to answer questions about the location of the water master valve, gas valve, electric cut off, etc. Thanks.

Mercer Properties have been a great rental company in my year working with them. Since the move in process, they have been very quick to respond to any questions or issues that arise. They take care of any maintenance issues immediately and do so with a friendly, caring attitude. I definitely recommend renting from them if you're looking for a place in San Diego!
