This is only a studio, so I can't be as exuberant as I might be if it were a one or two-bedroom; however, it is cozy and the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning) work very well.

Carpets were not professionally cleaned prior to move in. I had to call and set up a time for them to come clean the carpets. This delayed our move in another two days because it had to dry out.

Move in process was easy. We’ve had trouble getting a response on maintenance orders since we moved in. Also there are no signs of a gardener service since we moved in and that is supposed to be included
