Touring, paperwork, and move in were quick and easy. Mercer designs the process to be almost entirely hands off, which worked with my busy schedule. The only thing I would say is that the property had a few small issues or repairs (i.e. loose screens, broken curtain rods, etc.) that didn't warrant a maintenance request, but would have been nice to have taken care of prior to move in; however any larger issues were/have been addressed right away by the property manager. The apartment itself is beautiful, neighbors have been kind and welcoming.

I didn’t want to move here at 1st, to be honest! I had been comfortable for 10 years, but when my housemate/buddy got married, it was time to get my own place and I was lucky to have landed in an apartment managed by Mercer Properties, the place is great, they’ve made the move easy and have made sure I was comfortable with the new place through the whole process, Thank You Mercer Properties!

Mercer properties is responsive and respectful with communication. We have had no issues thankfully 😊

Service was handled promptly however still waiting on a decision to fix the drain pipe.

This is only a studio, so I can't be as exuberant as I might be if it were a one or two-bedroom; however, it is cozy and the facilities (kitchen, bathroom, air-conditioning) work very well.

Professional and responsive service.

Carpets were not professionally cleaned prior to move in. I had to call and set up a time for them to come clean the carpets. This delayed our move in another two days because it had to dry out.
