I appreciate mercer property management for working with me and the housing commission while they provided financial rental assistance due to a covid hardship. Some feedback would be to check in with their contractors for maintenance requests. I went without hot water in my shower for 4 days and made multiple requests. contractor they hired said he doesn’t do “urgent” requests and was out of town for his daughters softball game. The morning he was scheduled to come for the repair he showed up an hour late saying he was still on his way back from his family event. Extremely unprofessional
