We have been home owners for over 20 years and are newly empty nesters. My career requires extensive travel. So when looking for a community in which to lease, my criteria were quite high. Quiet, clean, safe were required qualities. Pool, weight room, club house and spectacular view were welcomed amenities. However, the professionalism of the on site management and 24/7 maintenance staff made Vista Verde Estates the clear choice. The unexpected bonus; "the sense of caring" the maintenance and management staff convey. That your concerns are their concerns. I can now travel with the peace of mind knowing my wife is in a good, safe friendly community and prompt home maintenance is a phone call away if needed.

Scheduling maintenance appointments and being notified in advance would be appreciated. I do realize the maintenance men are very busy and subject to rescheduling. That is no problem. Everyone here is extremely nice and efficient.

I so far had mostly a good experience with Mercer. In case of emergency they have responded swiftly and took care of the issue hiring very competent contractors and resolved with minimal inconvenience. I am still waiting for minor issues to be resolved however, I am not sure if the disconnect is within the office or between the contractor and the staff so I won’t write a review about this just yet.
