every request is taken care of promptly, i do think the automatic sprinklers system should be turned down to to 2 or 3 times a week instead of 7 days a week as we have rain quite frequently.

I am loving my experience at my home. I have not needed assistance on much, but the few things I have needed help with have been handled quickly and easily. I'm grateful for my home and what a nice property it is.

In the past six months, we had two issues with our rental house. One involving wildlife and the other involving an older washer/dryer unit that was at the end of its useful life. In both cases Mercer had qualified pros come out and address the issues rapidly and properly. Well done, Mercer!

We have been very pleased with the quality of work. Also the maintenance and repair workers are friendly and professional. it’s nice to have the lock repaired on the sliding glass door and the improvement on the shower is much appreciated.
