We were very grateful for Mercer Properties working so hard to get our heater fixed when it went out during this cold winter season. We have a baby and were very worried about her getting too cold at night. Mercer Properties took our concerns very seriously and checked in on us continuously until the heater was fixed even offering to bring us a space heater in the meantime if we needed one. Keila was especially helpful during the process and very kind :). Thanks to the whole team we now have a warm home again!

AIG did a wonderful job, they were on time, took great pains in making sure the floors Were protected. Explained the unit to me, left all the paperwork with me. Excellent job
