I moved from out of state. Did not see the property before I moved in except for the pictures online. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Honest representation of their properties. You get what you see.

Everyone was very helpful in making the moving process easier. Every time there was a question or a problem it was addressed immediately which I have not found with other Agencies

Anytime an issue were to arise, the staff at Mercer properties would respond quickly and efficiently to resolve it. Renting from Mercer Properties was an extremely pleasant experience.

Great overall friendly staff and easy to work with. Still getting settled into the area but sure their attentiveness and professionalism will continue throughout our renting experience with them. Thank you Lucretia for all the help in getting us into our newest rental.
