Very warm welcome. Told what things happen in the big room, talked about monthly calendar, the payment card for laundry and door lock system. Lobby was very nicer please

Need assigned parking. Way too many unauthorized cars constantly parked here. I have to drive around to search for a parking space where I feel safe enough to walk to the entrance
