Need assigned parking. Way too many unauthorized cars constantly parked here. I have to drive around to search for a parking space where I feel safe enough to walk to the entrance

The new manager is pretty great, maintenance is awesome. There is no enthusiasm for community activities, there are certain residents who decide what will go on in the community without giving other residents opportunity to give ideas.
