The place is quite; clean and the house is beautiful

I was able to see the apartment and Teresa was very helpful and nice

It had a nursing home feel and units too small for the price. Staff pleasant and security was great.

Teresa Green was so very nice and caring. She went above and beyond to help us.

Maintenance staff Is exceptional Larry, the Porter super nice guy. Carlton is very knowledgeable and he’s always very polite and will stop and answer your questions. He doesn’t brush you off which is really great.As for the leasing aspect, she’s not that knowledgeable about the internal operations of the building and the new property manager has her favorites and you can see it. She could dress more professionally, I realize that the weather is hotter, but she could not show her intimate garments when coming to the office or walking around to the Community one day she look like she was going fishing. I asked her a question one day and she fired back at me, which was very very rude. Other people heard it, and it didn’t embarrass me, but it should’ve embarrassed her.. parking is out of control when I moved in prior management told me all the parking close to the building is for residence but visitors park there half of the people that park there don’t even have tags on their vehicle so I think that if you implement when you move someone in and you tell them that you have to have this tag on your car if they don’t have it they should be towed or they should be warned sometimes I’ve had to wait almost an hour to find a place to park when coming home from shopping or a doctors appointment and that’s not right because I pay rent here . Activities are not very interesting and they’re always done over at building one a lot of people I have been told by the residence they don’t even go over the building one they should allow the residence from the property from both buildings to help activities instead of letting some certain people just decide for them we’re all adults here and we don’t need to do anything . I recommend Meridian Court to friends yeah I would but the things that I have suggested would need to be addressed because staff is supposed to be pleasant because this is a 61+ building doesn’t mean that we have to be told what to do need to be polite, people need to be kind And parking needs to be addressed because it’s out of control .
