For customers whom have never been late in 2 years or more , a few hours late or even a date late. It would be nice to show some grace.Price rapidly increased. My due date was the 1st of every month. Last two months I went to pay online on the first . Didn't realize if you try paying after a certain time on the due date, you will be charged a $12 late fee. This happen twice. I went from paying $150 to $175, $200 if you are late on the same day your payment is due, this all in less than 6 months .

Everything was handled professionally..and there was no need for improvement...I no longer needed the unit.

Nothing. Everything we had in storage belong to our children and it's time for them to own them.Time to get rid of old stuff and move on.
