Terrible service. I was there from 7 in the morning to have two recalls done, and first of all, the technician hadn't even arrived yet, even though he had an appointment with a customer. A supervisor did one of the recalls, and everything was fine up to that point. Then, around 10:30 in the morning, they told me I had to wait because my car wasn't ready yet, that it still needed a little more work. It turns out they never did the second recall because I was sitting there all those hours watching the car. When I went to ask about it, they told me that the tablet they use was out of battery and wouldn't charge. It was a huge lack of respect for the customers. Nobody said anything, and they made me wait there like a dog, without anyone offering an explanation.jTerrible service.
