It was not explaining what was done to my car so I’m hoping that the oil was changed in the filter and the tire rotation was done. I’ve never had an issue with this dealership until lately. It looks like there’s a lot of new employees.Like I said at the beginning, I’m a little disappointed that there are no mechanics at the Mitsubishi service in Miami lakes AutoNation. That’s very inconvenient.The service was great however it’s sad to see that there are no mechanics for Mitsubishi at the Miami lakes location

The vehicle price itself was fair, but they charged me excessive fees — almost $3,000 in total. On top of that, they billed me twice for the vehicle registration fee. That’s outrageous.

It was awfulAgain, it’s nice to have a checklist of things are supposed to do, but clearly none of it was done I have no idea if he effectively use the technology Provided me with a multi point inspectionI’m only hoping that the new Mitsubishi facility is better than showing up at Kia and not having them know who you are what your appointment is supposed to be. I didn’t have any sense of confidence that the work was being done correctly.It’s nice to have a checklist of things that they do but none of that was done. I had to look for a service manager inside and like I said earlier, he wasn’t even quite sure I had an appointment there.
