My appointment was at 10:30, but did not see doctor until after 11. I’d rather stay out in the waiting room than be in the exam room for that much time. Everyone at Lorton is super. Front desk, Jasmine & Dr. Narvaez.

Recently I had an excellent my first visit with Dr. Michael Narvaez regarding a shoulder issue that may require surgery, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth and easy and was seen quickly without any long waits. The office was comfortable and the staff was professional and courteous. The nurse was wonderful! She was kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. M. Narvaez is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and compassionate. He took the time to thoroughly review my medical history and listen to my concerns. I appreciated how He explained my shoulder condition in a clear and understandable way. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and expertise. I’m now confident about the decision to move forward with surgery with such a professional and caring doctor. The coordinator was also amazing , very organized. She walked me through the next steps, helped schedule follow-up my appointments and providing clear instructions about what to expect. I truly appreciate the care I received from Dr. M. Narvaez and the entire team. Highly recommend Anderson Orthopedic Clinic !
