I am a patient of Dr. Fricker, who has always been a great doctor. Dr. Navarez was not professional and really upset me. He obviously had no interest in treating me. He blamed Dr. Fricka for my health issue and told me Dr Fricka needed to be the quarterback and take charge.

Dr Narvaez was my surgeon and my experience working with him and being under his care has been excellent.

Everyone is so professional, appointments run perfectly on time, and my doctor, Dr Narvaez is an absolute rockstar!

Today the front desk associate was very nice , also the dr’s assistant she was so nice and she took her time to listen to me also Dr’ Michael he took his time to listen to me it was great visit.Keep doing the same way all of you .

Oddly, I had to wait over 45 minutes to see the physician. It seemed as if there was a large disconnect between Jasmine his medical assistant and the front desk. The X-ray tech was lovely, but I was sitting in the waiting room from 11 am until seeing Dr. N at 12:21. It was awkward because Jasmine had my profile wrong on multiple levels. She was hard to talk to because of the mask and very little eye contact. Perhaps the previous tech had not written down my condition and reason for the visit? Jasmine said I had been in the office six months ago and that was incorrect by a year? Maybe she had my chart mixed up with my older son? Again, maybe there was an urgent matter, that created the long, unfortunate wait time and uneven communication with the supporting staff. This has not happened in previous visits. Dr. N is terrific and he was patient, answered my questions and was professional to the “nth” degree.
