A wonderful experience, as usual!!

When your try to schedule with whom the doctor is recommending, the secretarial staff you have to see a colleague which doctor didn't request. Dr. Navarez was on beat but not for a procedure I have been plaques with since April or longer of 2025. I hope to get doctor appt when I schedule on 9/2/2025

The entire experience was very good. The PA was well informed and we had good discussions. However, I was expecting to receive a write up about his impressions and possible ways to address the injury in the write up.

They have always been concerned about my wellbeing and my opinion about how I feel

Dr. Narvaez was informative, very knowledgeable and professional in answering my questions about a possible shoulder replacement surgery. He was very reassuring and explained the procedure and recovery.
