Dr. Navaez is exceptional in every way.

Stop making patients fill out the same form over and over when they arrive for an appointment. It’s annoying.

Since some of the questions on the daily visit form have been answered on prior visits, a patient should not be asked it again. Perhaps give a place where the patient may check off that the information remains the same. Check-in process was given a lower number because of this redundancy.

From Start to surgery and post surgery ,my experience was PHENOMENAL...exception..the blond haired nurse in the Lorton center who tried several times to find my vein . Patients should feel welcome by all in pre surgical situations..i felt as if i were an Imposition to her ..very COLD demeanor...Never have i Ever felt like that in a medical / surgical theatre .EVERYONE ELSE EARNED A 10 OUT OF 10...DR NARVAEZ WAS NOTHING LESS THAN OUTSTANDING !!!

I believe your office management needs to improve. The doctors are great, but the office staff have made promises of communication and have not met those with several days of waiting and many phone calls for reminders.
