Front desk and phone personal are very good. Dr. Narvaez is great. Its very hard to get through on main number. Thank goodness someone gave me a direct line. You must be losing a lot of business for people who can’t stay on a constant hold.

Dr. Narvaez, Listens and then provides clear and concise instructions. He reviewed my X-ray with me so I had a good understanding of my condition. He also provided other options that I may want to consider along with the contact information.

Dr. Narvaez is very patient and understanding; and my questions are answered so that I can understand what he means.

The x ray machine in one of the rooms was broken which held up the process. So my visit was 2 hrs long and I had a 10min consultation and a 5min x ray.Otherwise it was a great visit. As someone who has been dismissed by doctors for being overweight, this was the first time I felt I was taken seriously.

Dr Mike is just amazing person and excellent physician. He really listens to his patients and their concerns. His explanations are clear an often repeated as needed.

I believe that I will continue to be under this doctor's care for at least awhile since I may have a rotator cuff injury. I go for a MRI tonight. I know that I am in good hands.
