Phone response to incoming call to schedule appt is inordinately lengthy

The visit to the clinic and the doctor was great but the receptionist need more training and customer service skills

Dr. Narvaez and staff are always very upbeat and engaged.

All staff are efficient, cordial, concerned, knowledgeable. Atmosphere is calm, welcoming.

Love that all of the staff and Physicians understand youth athletics and can relate to my daugher's injuries, care for long term recovery rather than quick wins.

Good to know they have several locations it makes it easy to get an appointment.

Overall, a very positive experience, especially with Dr. Narvaez. However, since I am having knee surgery, I could’ve used a bit more of an explanation from the physicians assistant about use of the braces and the crutches. I knew the physicians assistant was slammed with a last-minute emergency, but I still needed to know how to use these devices since I’ve never been on crutches or had braces.

Dr Narvaez was easy to talk to and gave honest advice. I would recommend him to anyone needing treatment!
