Dr. Narvaez and Nick Ridolfi make an excellent team. I’m grateful for the treatment of these providers and their team. Would gladly recommend.

From walking in all the way until I left was a great experience and felt the care all around. From checking in, to the doctor speaking to me, the gentleman who knew one of my family members who put my brace on, each person just made me forget I was there for an injury that’s how great it was.

Front desk and phone personal are very good. Dr. Narvaez is great. Its very hard to get through on main number. Thank goodness someone gave me a direct line. You must be losing a lot of business for people who can’t stay on a constant hold.

Dr. Narvaez, Listens and then provides clear and concise instructions. He reviewed my X-ray with me so I had a good understanding of my condition. He also provided other options that I may want to consider along with the contact information.

Dr. Narvaez is very patient and understanding; and my questions are answered so that I can understand what he means.

The x ray machine in one of the rooms was broken which held up the process. So my visit was 2 hrs long and I had a 10min consultation and a 5min x ray.Otherwise it was a great visit. As someone who has been dismissed by doctors for being overweight, this was the first time I felt I was taken seriously.

Dr Mike is just amazing person and excellent physician. He really listens to his patients and their concerns. His explanations are clear an often repeated as needed.
