From the first appointment, through surgery, to the final appointment, Dr. Narvaez always made me feel at ease. He answered every question I had; him and his team are very knowledgeable and kind. They helped me through surgery and I am able to live my life pain-free again!

Great visit with Dr Narvaez.Only suggestion for the future is to have a backup plan when switching phone system. It took me almost two days to get someone on the phone. I even drove to Lorton location (with knee pain) in order to get appointment only to be told one could not be scheduled for me at that particular location, nothing they could do for me. So I go back and waiting on line for over an hour for call to be answered.

Submittal of new patient paperwork could be accomplished ahead of time on line, saving time in the office lobby during the first visit.

Great bedside manner and understanding what I was experiencing with my knee issues. Took the time to really attempt to locate and resolve the issue.
