The Several times I’ve been there has been always a positive experience. The staff is polite & professional. Friendly. And helpful. My husband and I are very pleased with the doctor & his PA. We have every confidence in them. I know I’m in good hands with my upcoming shoulder surgery.

Dr. Narvaez is an excellant, very caring, down to earth doctor who obviously enjoys what he does. I am so fortunate i found him. Your patient portal is very difficult to use and often i did not get feedback. It is impossible to actually get a real person on the phone

Dr Narvaez is an excellent doctor. He answered all my questions very thoroughly, and is a very pleasant person. I will highly recommend him.However the appointment making was a different situation (of which Dr Narvaez had nothing to do with!) I was seeing him for a broken hip, called in early December to see him and could not be scheduled til January 2, which was then rescheduled to January 9. Again, none of this had anything to do w Dr Narvaez. But I would think some situations could be seen a little earlier than a month+ out!

I had pain for 3 years. I don't now
