Dr. Narvaez is wonderful to deal with and I felt totally comfortable with his expertise.

I had knee surgery 3 years ago. Extremely satisfied. Just had shoulder replacement. Over and above expectations!!!!

Second surgery from the Anderson Clinic, Excellent treatment and personal care

The doctor introduced his assistant but not himself. I didn’t know his name and we had never met. It was a little odd. Also he talked reaaaaaaaaaaly fast. I had to make him go back and say again. Polite, but also in an increíble hurry. The other staff were more relaxed.

Other than waiting an hour on the phone to make the appointment everything else was phenomenal! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and pleasant and welcoming. The office was clean. The x-ray technicians were very gentle with my injury and thorough. My visit with the physicians assistant and the Other assistant were both thorough complete explained to everything asked me if I had any questions and showed me how to put my sling on properly. I needed to go back in a week and it was super easy to make a follow up appointment. They were able to accommodate my teaching schedule. The entire experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them.
