Dr Narvaez is an excellent doctor. He explains everything and answers any and all questions you have. He is very patient and never makes you feel like it’s a rushed appt. Don’t loose this doctor, he is the best!

Been going here for almost 20 years. My infrastructure (knees, shoulders, wrist, elbow, etc) is collapsing. Body by God - maintained by Anderson!! Dr. Narvaez is the new wave of physicians. I’m in excellent hands.

The surgical scheduling was a nightmare and the communication was terrible. I have never experienced this at the Anderson group before. I'm not sure what has changed with the scheduling department, but that needs to be addressed. I expressed my concerns at my first appointment preop. And I was told that there is a new corporate that is taken over this department. It is not the norm for Anderson Orthopedic and I was very disappointed at the lack of communication and confusion on my appointments.

Very organized and professional. When scheduling my surgery provided all steps to follow from pre-op to all stages of the process. When I went to my first PT session I brought all instructions for protocol to follow and they were very impressed

Every aspect from ER, OR, PT and post surgical visits have been outstanding. Clerical and professional staff have exceeded exoectations

The doctor was informative and my questions and concerns were addressed. This health care service was top tier!
