the recent recall for the rear liftgate is an example of an issue that i had for a very long time, but neither i nor the service team noticed. my vehicle has some issue with the front left suspension/steering components and an faint engine bearing noise that remain undiagnosed.not sure if the service advisor was knowledgeable or utilized technology effectively. i have a long standing issue with my vehicle that is undiagnosed/unattended to.

I bought two cars here and the reason why I still buy Mitsubishi is because of this dealership. The service department is fantastic especially Paul Dube, who is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice about service on the cars. I am a gearhead, so I know cars and engines quite well and I trust his judgment when I have a question about things. All the service personnel are exceptional whether it’s the service writers or the mechanics.

The entire Michaud crew is awesome including the service department. I have 100% trust in this team.This is the 2nd car I purchased from George. He is such a pleasure to deal with and is so accommodating. I have been a Michaud customer for more then 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for a car.

I have been a longtime fan of Michaud Mitsubishi and really appreciate the quality of their servicesVery timely service and scheduling for appointments. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I tried another dealership in Nashua because they had service appointments 7 days a week but what I didn't realize is that if you want anything but a standard oil change they only have one Mitsubishi tech 4 days a week so it's actually harder to get a service appointment there.
