It’s hard to do this review because overall the people at this dealership are extremely nice friendly and I don’t mean to do anyone any harm, but the dealership is old uncomfortable and whenever I’ve had to work from there, it is not the best spot while I wait for my car. The waiting area is in a hallway which is a main artery and people are passing by as necessary..Again, I don’t mean to cause any harm to anyone. The dealership overall is a great place in terms of the people, however, there’s a disconnect with the service. I would expect that there are some standard checkpoints when I service my vehicle so that the obvious is not missed. The service advisor i interfaced with is extremely friendly and receptive. I did not realize the two issues noted until the next day for the dashboard advisory on service and Sunday when i got the ticket for the expired sticker.

However I did not know the extent of the condition of the engine that should have been vacuumed. But neglected to explain that the rodent holes resulted in stuffing all over the engine and that needed to be removed.See prior comments.
