I felt like I had to make some very important decisions on the spot. It would have been helpful to me for the options to have been sent to me in advance. That would have given me time to make my decision.

A little more pain control during the procedure would have helped and tilting back far enough to not feel like I was sliding down in the chair.

The staff is wonderful! I am older, and I tend to ask a lot of questions. Everyone, including Dr. Tate, was happy to answer them. I really appreciated their courtesy and the level of skill.

I was hoping to get some ice cream after my extractions (for not crying or biting) but only got Listerine instead! Oh well, everything else was perfect. Thank you for a positive experience. And, getting a personal call from Dr Tate in the evening was very thoughtful!!

Very impressed with Dr. Tate calling himself in the evening day of procedure to see how I was doing. The whole staff was the best to work with.
