Dan at service was fantastic and worked with me from start to finish to make this as easy a process as possible. He made sure warranty covered the repairs, dug deep to find the maintenance records, and replaced the engine. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and called regularly with updates so we could plan to collect the car in a timely manner as soon as she was put back together.They worked with the warranty to get the whole repair covered. They didn’t try to upsell anything. They still informed me that my tires need replacing soon, without holding the car hostage until she gets her tires.

Paper work was on time thorough and we came together as a team and the process done on time thank-you mitsubishi up there in auburn!
