Used to have a comment section to add other services or concerns I had when bringing it in. To at least give a heads up on other things neededEveryone is always nice. And willing to help. Service dept does not try and sell you anything you don’t need. The sales people ( least those who iv dealt with) are educated on the product they sell and not to pushy. Sales manager is willing to work on price within reason
