This is a repeat comment - Midstate does not offer a business friendly waiting room. No place to set up your lap top.Given that the Service Manager, Tony Derenthal, had only 1 week on the job; he did an excellent taking my customer concerns in great detail. Keep in mind I am a Level C Auto Tech with completed ASE certification. Ergo, I know in detail what is needed on my Outlander Sport.

No estimated time to completion. Appointment times are provided but often not started on time.Car was returned in same state as drop off. Other dealerships will vacuum and/or remove the paper sheets they use on the floor.The people here are always friendly and professional. It's refreshing not to be treated like a number.
