Only suggestion is to have cars vacuumed after service

Everything is Awesome, but I would love if I got a coupon for a discount service in the future, especially for the frequent oil change and tire rotation service.People are Friendly, place is clean and the work is done by the best team, I will continue to be a customer of Midstate Mitsubishi.

Service was great could greatly improve on the timeframe. It takes to complete a task such as oil change tire rotation shouldn’t really take that long. I’m waiting. Period on average is always about an hour and a half.

The company, service department, and sales are great people and very helpful.They are very honest and great company.

The sad part is the people in the service area literally ran out the building right at closing. So thankfully, my salesman was able to check me out so I could pay my bill and be on my way.The third-party company who detailed my car did an amazing job, and the Dealership washed my car and did some work that was covered under warranty related to stickers that were bubbling on the side of the car and had to be replaced.
