Oh did had to schedule another appointment for other findings maybe if I was informed of the findings while I was waiting In the waiting room I think that it would had it done same day. My opinion. Service was great could greatly improve on the timeframe. It takes to complete a task such as oil change tire rotation shouldn’t really take that long. I’m waiting. Period on average is always about an hour and a half.

The sad part is the people in the service area literally ran out the building right at closing. So thankfully, my salesman was able to check me out so I could pay my bill and be on my way.The third-party company who detailed my car did an amazing job, and the Dealership washed my car and did some work that was covered under warranty related to stickers that were bubbling on the side of the car and had to be replaced. Looks

Had to go back a number of times to the dealership to get my problem resolved, which was challenging given my work schedule. However, Dan the Service Manager, was really proactive in getting the problem fixed and I was really impressed with himFacility is ok, but not great if you need to do work. No quiet areas and you can’t get away from the TV or commercial radio playing. For our other vehicles, Subaru and Mazda, the dealership facilities are way better with quiet areas, desks and PowerPoints and good options for hot and cold drinksKudos to Dan for working extremely hard to fix my car issues. I felt very confident about his honesty and thoughtfulness. He really exemplified customer service I felt.Dan, the service manager, really went the extra mile to ensure that my car issues were resolved.

They were aware of the problem because it is a common one and knew they didn't have the part. I had an oil change but the diagnosis shouldn't have taken that long.It's better than average
