I got the appointment times, but not confident they start the work on time. So I always expectlong waits in not very nice surroundings where it is difficult to work on my laptopJust a bad experience overall which reflects badly on Mitsubishi versus your competitorsSee previous commentsNot sure about multi point inspectionWith my other cars, Mazda and Subaru I always get the car washed after any work. Not so with this dealerI have visited three Mitsubishi dealerships since having the car and ai would classify them as probably second tier compared with dealerships for my other cars. Also dealerships are not close to me. This is a big factor in my decision not to purchase a new Mitsubishi when I can no longer use my current Outback
