I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Before my appointment, I clearly communicated my symptoms and the specific diagnosis made by other doctor, which logically did not require an X-ray. Despite this, they took a few, which felt like an unnecessary charge rather than a medical necessity. When I finally saw the doctor, he offered no real solution to my problem. He simply prescribed anti-inflammatory medication, upon my request of getting somwting to mitigate the pain, which was the bare minimum, and dismissively stated that physical therapy doesn't work in this case, without offering any alternative treatments or follow-up plans. It felt like he wasn't interested in actually helping me heal.I left feeling that I would have received the same (or better) advice by searching online. The whole approach felt unethical and purely business-oriented. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine orthopedic care.

He was not thorough or informative, or personable. Had I less knowledge of my issue, he would have had me walk out of there with very little care

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and despair regarding the care I received for my rotator cuff tear. This past year has been the most painful and exhausting recovery of my entire life—worse than recovering from a C-section—and it could have been avoided.Negligence & Delayed Diagnosis: During my first visit, the doctor cleared my bones via X-ray and told me to do physical therapy for a few weeks, which I strictly followed. However, despite the ongoing pain, he completely ignored my tendons, offered no MRI option, and provided no proactive follow-up timeline. Because of this failure to look into the soft tissue, I wasted nearly four months in severe pain before my shoulder swelled, leading to a massive, delayed surgery that required unexpected metal hardware.Broken Promises & Medical Gaslighting: Before the surgery, the doctor assured me I would recover 100% back to my original state. Now, at nearly 12 months post-op, my right shoulder is still missing 20% of its range of motion. To make matters worse, during my last visit, he shifted the blame, coldly stating that if it doesn't improve in the next 6 months, it will just stay this way forever. This sudden shift in attitude has left me feeling utterly hopeless.Questionable Referrals & Physical Toll: Instead of recommending standard, insurance-covered physical therapy for my post-op recovery (like manual therapy or joint mobilization), he told me toward MoveX—the most expensive option, which no insurance covers. I am currently forced to pay entirely out-of-pocket to go there once a week, while simultaneously enduring the physical trauma of attending another covered clinic twice a week. This intense regimen has left my arm constantly swollen and bruised.I expected professional expertise and genuine patient care. Instead, I feel misled, financially taken advantage of, and left to deal with a permanent limitation caused by delayed intervention.
