The doctors need to make conservative effort of the outcome of the surgery on a shoulder before they perform it. It appears to be I need to go back and have the surgery done again not what I planned.

The doctor needs a back up person to prove authorizations for drugs like OxyCodone prescribed by the hospital after surgery. For me., the surgery apparently went well but a couple days later when I need to get my prescriptions filled after discharged from the hospital, the doctor was out sick. I no one else was available to do authorizations the pharmacy needed..
