I see no room for improvement. The service department was very efficient and accommodating. There was a very nice waiting area complete with refreshments. I am so very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, every time I have been there the weather has been bad but the entire facility is sparkling clean. My vehicle is in extremely good hands with Mike Kelley.The men in the service department are extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I feel very comfortable with them servicing my vehicle. The entire garage is extremely clean no matter what the weather is. I am also happy with the cost of their service. Karen Beil

The television was set on a politics based channel. There was no way visible to change the channel or even turn the volume down. Please try a home improvement channel or one that shows old SitCom reruns instead. There are over 200 channels out there now .... anything that doesn't bombard one with redundant rhetoric heard everywhere else these days !It actually is enough for me to consider an alternative service locationLike I said in the prior question--Put the waiting area TV on a more benign channel.I assume that since the persons name on the dealership is a sitting US Congressman (that I voted for)--they may think the channel is educational, or heightens awareness. But it is not.It is aggravating enough for me to consider looking for an alternative service location.The entry garage door was malfunctioning and I was unaware as another vehicle was parked in front. A service manager had to come tell me as I assumed i was waiting for the vehicle in front would be let in soon.Things went as they should
