Had a small seam tear repaired on my crostrek in a timely manner out in a timely manner and can't even tell seam was ripped.

I arrived early for an oil change and it only took 1 hr. 10 minutes!

OJ was helpful, fair, and good to work with.

Don was excellent on communication. Only negative was that I arrived at 8:25 for my 8:30 appt and Dom didn’t get through with others customers until 8:45. Other technicians were available but none of them offered to assist me or the other people waiting for Dom. And at the pickup, the wait also was another 15 min with other technicians not serving anyone.

We always have a great experience at the service department. We showed up to get an oil change, and a couple of minor repairs. It ended up being longer than expected, so they provided an Uber so we could go home. Ean our advisor followed up to make everything was good afterward. Always outstanding service. I'm at Mike Shaw Subaru customer for life.

Although I had to wait longer than expected, the waiting room was comfortable and my service person (Dominic?) was very cordial and helpful.

Took my vehicle for oil change and checking to make sure my car was running properly, my service writer Ean explained what would be checked also I had questions about my tires he took care of everything when my vehicle was finished he washed my outside and cleanup up dash boards ect in my car that I can't reach he goes above and beyond EVERY TIME I bring my car in he's great

Ran was great! He kept me informed on the progress on my Forester, what the problems were and my options. Very professional

Overall the visit was very good. Checking in was slow, but even though additional services were required, the car was ready at the promised time.
