I thought my car was shifting wrong. I was assigned Ean and let me just say this guy is insanely friendly and helpful. When they were done and could not duplicate it. He explained what he felt I was experiencing and it honestly made since. He also stated that if I felt I needed to bring the 2023 outback back just let them know. They ran several codes on the transmission and it kept coming back fine. They checked the fluids and even said they rest the computer just to see if it would help. Also I left my Bose headphones in the loaner and Ean found them and kept them because when he called I was traveling. He then kept them longer when I couldn’t make it in during the work week because how swamped I was. Just grabbed them today and I can’t thank Ean enough for being amazing and honestly I know dealership service departments have a bad rap but this place has amazing people. They did suggest a few things but they were way too expensive for me right now but they didn’t pressure me at all.

My tires tread was wearing out much faster than normal. I had bought them from Mike Shaw Subaru 1/25. Marcus, who works in the service center, worked out a deal to get a different tire brand for me. The service rep also found a few items that needed repair. Those items were covered by our extended service plan, that we purchased at the the time we bought the car. It saved us $4000.
