I had a 10am appointment for just an oil change, and requested with the advisor no wash, no tire check and no inspection. He said I'll get you out ASAP. At 1130am I got my car back. A 10 minute job should not tie up a customer for an hour and a half.

I continually bring my car in for service here for the clear communication and approval system Mike Shaw Subaru uses for diagnostics. Specifically Dominic from the service side is incredible to work with as he will continue to communicate timelines and thoroughly explain what’s going. He will also do his best to work with your schedule for picking up and dropping off your vehicle making this part of the process go smoothly.
