The service department at Mike Shaw are some of the best people I've met in the car business. They are polite, well spoken, factual, patient, and they know me by name, even if I haven't been there in a year! They truly ARE the best! Charge me an extra $5 per visit and give it to them!

Service was completed on time and appears well done. Staff need to work on recognizing customers when they pull up for service, and not being condescending while discussing what needs to be done. I made the appointment for the 30k service on purpose. I think I know why I’m here.
