Better experience this time. My appointment was for 8:30 and I got to the dealership at 8:15. They worked on my car right away and I was out of there by 9:00. I got a cryptic follow up email, though. Something about the engine air filter needing to be replaced, but was deferred by the technician who checked me in. No complaints otherwise.
