Everything seemed fine this time around but once I left I realized whoever checked my cabin filter missed the mark! Leaves in my glovebox, and the hinge arm that secures the opening/lowering was missing so the glovebox came flying out! Buried in the car, took me over a half hour in the dark to fish the part out and try to fix it myself. Not okay. The service just seems to keep going down sadly. If your techs are gonna take apart pieces of your vehicle they should do so without breaking your stuff and making sure your car gets returned to you in the same good condition.
