Jamie was exceptional!! She helped me with tremendous commitment and care. Also the receptionist (Kay) was very helpful with some questions I had. The service was outstanding.

Ashley Givens was great with explanations of the diagnostics on my car and the repairs need. She was a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed with everything and then getting the car back to me ASAP! Great job!

My salesman Shane Monahan was outstanding and spent a lot of time showing me how to setup all the features on my new forester. There was no pressure from him or others and that was a pleasant experience. I will recommend Mike Shaw and Shane to my friends.

So I have no issue with my service, scheduling, etc. What I was incredibly dissapointed to see wS one employee sitting with their nose hanging out of their mask and what I was terrified to see was one employee come out from a back area without a mask, see me and immediately pull their mask on. That tells me as a customer that you are chosing to actively deceive your customers by only showing them what they want to see when they can see it, and who cares when not. I have no idea if this is someone who touched my car but I can guarentee you I will not be coming back any time soon if that is the amount of respect your employees are showing their customers.
