Good experience, however since they did both front and rear brakes I’m not surrr we why they charged me to rotate tires some the tires were off anyway.

Mike Shaw once again hits it out of the park as far as excellent customer service, trust, and solid communication. This was my first time working with Mitchell over at Mike Shaw and he was incredibly timely in his communications, patient, gracious, and helpful when it came to figuring out the best way to handle the enormous price tag regarding the cost of fixing and maintaining my Subaru. The entire team there is stellar and I will continue taking my Subaru there well into the future.
