Great experience buying the car, not so much in cleaning the car, rinsed off the outside but did not clean inside, very disappointing

Although my salesperson (Samantha) was brand new, she sought the answers to any questions which she could not answer. Shane helped Samantha. Both were very pleasant to work with and offered alternatives when the car I was interested in had just been sold a couple hours before I sat down with Samantha. Shane found 3 of the same model car with the options I wanted on order and/or in transit. He suggested your fully refundable $1,000 deposit I could make to hold one of these cars which were scheduled to be in around Dec. 7. Two days later, I rcd a call telling me that they had located the same model car at a nearby affiliate dealership & it would be at Mike Shaw Thornton on Tuesday. Such a surprise! There was a slight discrepancy between quoted price & one option, but Shane cleared that up to my satisfaction.I was pleased with the service and enjoyed working with the staff.
