Good customer service

My remote start quit working but started working the morning of my appointment. The service department still checked everything out.

Pleasant and efficient

Warranty repair for oil leak. Joshua kept me informed on timing and process and had a loaner car waiting for me upon arrival. Satisfied with the service.

Everything went smooth and the people at the dealership were hospitable. Only complaint was they reset my trip B but it’s not a big deal.

Clifford was no nonsense. Told me exactly what the situation was, and immediately told me what they would do, and why. While this was a harder sell then I’ve experienced at other Subaru dealerships in the past (years ago), I appreciated his openness, and transparent pressure. Seemed more of a “compassionate hard sell”, which I liked.
