I set an appointment to take care of my recalls, 4 on a 2018 Crosstrek. It went smoothly and left the associate with a small cash tip. The only issue I have and didnt realize was that my car's clock is still off by a day and 20 minutes, but have not gone deep enough to manually reset the time as per the owner's manual...bummer I didn't notice before I drove away!
