I have been going to Mike Shaw Subaru since I moved her 3 years ago. Their service has always been terrific. The people are friendly and professional. The pricing is very fair. And, I love the coffee machine!

Overall, behicle service at Mike Shaw Subaru is outstanding. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the waiting area is large with free coffee, wifi and TV. As a nice bonus, my dirty vehicle was washed at no cost. This review would have easily earned 5 stars if it were not for the initial check-in. The service was scheduled yet the small check-in area was crowded with customers waiting to check-in. proper Covid spacing was impossible during the extended wait, if you left the cramped checkIn area to meep covid spacing. you lost your place for the cneck-in . My wait was just about 30 minute. Once at the check-in desk, staff were friendly and the rest of the service experience was great.

Service was quickly performed. I very much appreciated the extra table and chairs in the former showroom that made it easy to social distance. Mitch was courteous and friendly. Thank you.

Mike Shaw in Thornton never disappoints me. Had my car serviced Everything ran smoothly while I waited for my car. Staff was professional and explained my car’s service needs and serviced my car accordingly

Randon was professional, personable, honest and so easy to work with. After getting the runaround from other dealers, it was refreshing to work with a young professional.
