When we first got there, we did not have to sit around and wait we were helped immediately, and Shane was extremely accomodating once the process of buying the car had begun. He worked with us to get us approved and made sure we walked out of there happy and with a new, clean, reliable car. Everyone here was extremely friendly and took covid precautions seriously. Would highly recommend buying a car from Shane at Mike Shaw Subaru. He has diligently stayed in touch and made sure everything is going okay with the new car which feels good to know that he does care it wasn't just an act so we bought the car. There were no secret fees that were not explained in the process of buying the car ( a lot of car dealerships like to hide fees until you make your first month's payment and it is a lot more than expected). My experience here was great for my first time buying a new car!

My service experience was great! I sat outside for two hours while my work was being completed. As a nurse who happens to work on a covid unit, I noticed a few employees not wearing their mask properly (not covering their nose, or pulling it down completely while on test drives with customers who also took their mask off). This concerned me greatly.
