I just dropped in with a tire pressure warning light. A really nice guy checked the tire pressure, added air and gave me simple instructions to return if light did not turn off. It did not, so I returned. After determining which tire was the problem, I was advised to make a service appointment. I pulled into the lot and called to make an appointment. Instead, the person who answered the phone came downstairs, found a service rep and worked to make sure the problem was solved. Tim, the service advisor, immediately had my car checked and , at 5:25, got the mechanics to make a tire repair. I was out by 6:10–Tim stayed late to complete solving my problem. I am really, really impressed with this level of service and grateful to all of the people who worked hard to make sure my tire was fixed and I was satisfied. Thanks!

Today’s service went smoothly and quicker than expected. My service advisor, Tim, has been awesome working with me to hopefully resolve the issue!
