Great communication and awesome work

When we came in Jamie saw us and sat us down. She was very polite and to the point which we both appreciated. We got our test drive and loved it. After which we sat down and worked out a deal that was workable. After which she showed us all the bells and whistles in depth then took us on a tour of the facilities. Which we liked as I’m going to have to have it serviced at some point so that was nice. She also made me aware how long it can take DMV to get my title which was kind of her.

Absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t even imagine it going any smoother than it did. We worked with Mike Olenski and he was absolutely amazing! He worked with us, helped us every step of the way and never once did we feel pressured. I felt like he was a friend helping us buy a car. You can tell he cares and loves what he does. He explained all the features of the car, answered all of our questions and also gave my husband and I the space we needed when discussing whether or not we wanted to buy the car, how to pay etc. We SOOO appreciate everything he did for us!
