I had the pleasure of working with both Eric and Adrian at Mike Shaw Subaru. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to what I was looking for in a car and helped me settle on a particular model. The stages of purchasing the car were efficiently handled and went smoothly.

It took a while to find the vehicle I wanted. I was only interested in 3 color options. Austin was patient with me and helpful, trying to find what I wanted. I contacted at least 4 other Subaru dealers, but Austin was the easiest to work with and most willing to help out. I ended up going with a car that Shaw already had on their lot, as it was my last color choice. Initially that wasn't an option because it was a more expensive model. Austin and Shaw were helpful and worked on the price and I think I ended up with a pretty good deal. Overall, it was a fairly easy buying process. No one was pushy. I filled out and did as much as I could online and over the phone. I think I was at the dealership for only an hour or so to sign paperwork. Everyone had masks on and there were wipes/hand sanitizer, etc.

Went in for a partial 30,000 service. Wally was excellent in his service

We came to Mike Shaw after a poor experience at the Subaru in Aurora, CO and found it was worth the trip. I have unfortunately needed several recalls performed on my car and have needed to come in more than I'd prefer. However, I have found the service staff to be efficient and friendly. The issues that I have had, including longer than expected wait time for a schedule service and return for additional service, have all been handled in the spot and resolved appropriately. I am grateful for the ease of service here.
