Always have a great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru

Kevin in Parts was very nice and made sure to give me a call back when the tire I needed arrived at the shop, he was also helpful in transferring me to speak with Hoa Pham to get me in for my oil change. He was also very kind and helpful when I arrived at Subaru. And the time it took to complete both services was extraordinary. Very pleased with my visit.

I believe the tire was defective and I should’ve not been charged. When I asked the agent if the other tires were checked, he did not mention or explain further work required. Tires should last more than 3000 miles. I am a 83 year old and not a reckless driver. Maybe you should have a recall on these tires. The waiting area was crowded and difficult to stay 6 feet apart.

Good experience overall

The sales and service staff at Mike Shaw Subaru are the best. The service staff are all very professional and straightforward when explaining what work needs to be done, how much time it will take and cost breakdown. They also let you know if items need to be repaired right away or if they are insignificant enough to wait a bit. I really appreciate that from them!

On time

Our service was a spur of the moment visit due to an unusual noise in our right front tire. We were waited on promplty and the problem identified very quickly and we were on our way :)
