I’ve been going to Mike Shaw in Northglenn since about 2006 and everyone has always been trustworthy, helpful and professional. I’m always pleased with the service I get there.

Just a oil change and 6 month service. Everything went well I was in and out before I finished my coffee. I worked with Kathy N. She was very professional and courteous.

Wonderful accommodations, after a noise presented extra testing and work they offered a loaner that was very nice. Quick and clean work.

Daniel Burke in the service group was great! There was a minor issue that couldn't be explained, but Daniel made it right. My husband was a little upset bc if I'd not noticed the discrepancy in my fuel tank, I'd have driven off without anything being said. Somehow more than half a tank of gas was used during the fuel system flush & decarb service. Daniel had my tank refilled with his apologizes.

Mike Shaw Subaru made the airbag recall service easy by providing a ride home after I dropped-off my car. In addition, they performed an oil change for an excellent price.
